Business Inefficiencies Looking to Solve
- There were many sales reps country wide unable to effectively assist customers in placing orders as they had no real time visibility on stock and pricing per customer account.
- Carnival had to send weekly catalogs to customers to inform them of what was available.
- The Carnival accounts team needed to send out pricing info on every order to every customer, creating a long, high effort sales cycle.
Customer Onboarding:
The client was asked to fill out the integration details form required to link Sage 50 Partner to Storehub.io. Once completed, the products, customers and sales reps in the customers Sage 50 Partner software are automatically pulled through to Storehub.io, at which point we assist with the merchandising of products on the B2B store using an import spreadsheet.
The entire onboarding process took approximately 1 day, including the handover to the customer.
Once product data import is complete, a Storehub agent schedules training with the customer to test that the ordering solution performs as expected, including all the stock settings and other configurable items.
- Placing a test order to ensure that orders raise in Sage 50 correctly.
- Inviting a customer to create an account that can be used to access the store & place orders.
- Testing the sales rep functionality to ensure that they can view customers assigned to them & place orders on their customers behalf.
- Testing any additional functionality scoped during consultation phase.
Once training has been completed, the client will be fully capable of managing the B2B store and training their sales reps on how to use it. Video tutorial resources are also available for customers to make use of.

Carnival Creations realized their vision of an easy to use, automated ordering system that their customers can log in to 24/7 to view live pricing and stock levels, and Sales reps have a “on the road” pocket tool to instantly access customer data and automatically push orders back into Sage.
