Business Inefficiencies Looking to Solve

Customer Onboarding:

The client was asked to fill out the integration details form required to link Sage 50c Partner to Once completed, the products, customers and sales reps in the customers Sage Partner software are automatically pulled through to, at which point we assist with the merchandising of products on the B2B store using an import spreadsheet.

The entire onboarding process took approximately 1 day, including the handover to the customer.

Once product data import is complete, a Storehub agent schedules training with the customer to test that the ordering solution performs as expected, including all the stock settings and other configurable items.

Once training has been completed, the client will be fully capable of managing the B2B store and training their sales reps on how to use it. Video tutorial resources are also available for customers to make use of.

The End Result of The Integration Using B2B:

Carnival Creations realized their vision of an easy to use, automated ordering system that their customers can log in to 24/7 to view live pricing and stock levels, and Sales reps have a “on the road” pocket tool to instantly access customer data and automatically push orders back into Sage.
